Arrival at Santa Barbara Island……
Hi guys, we left at around 11:15 this morning, finally got off the dock.
Cindy saw a shark while Scott was asleep off watch and Scott saw a Humpback Whale while Cindy was asleep off watch. We are here with one other sailboat and two small power boats. Arrived at 5 pm. Cindy is cooking dinner, the wine is cold, its gray and cool, but calm and nice. I\’m sure we will go for a hike tomorrow sometime. The sea lions are everywhere, this place really does sound like a Dog Kennel…….:)
Drop us a note, we will check the mail a few times/day.
Love and Hugs,
Scott and Cindy -

Catalina Island – Big Geiger Cove
Hello to all our friends checking in with us.
We are currently in Catalina Island enjoying a cool but relaxing day here at Big Geiger Cove. (Home of the Blue Water Cruising Club). Decided not to dive this weekend, too cold looking a day
and the water is still 59 degrees!……..
Regards,

New Solar Panels
Our new friend Joe Boyle from SV \”Zialater\” suggested these new panels to dramatically increase our passive solar power supply. At 525 watts, they provide up to 17 amps in 24 volts.
